CNC Cutting + Robotic Welding

CNC tube cutting plus robotic welding holds every frame to ±0.5mm accuracy — structural integrity and uniform dimensions even on 10,000-unit orders.

Electrostatic Coating / Plating

Our automated line processes 3,000+ frames a day via electrostatic powder coating and chrome plating for a durable, corrosion-resistant finish.

100 chairs for stock models, 200 for custom designs. First-time buyers can request flexible tiered MOQs — tell us your project volume and we'll work it out.
Do you offer OEM and ODM? What can be customized?
Yes. Full OEM/ODM: frame structure, fabric, color, laser-cut logo, and custom packaging are all open. Send us a sketch or CAD file and we deliver a prototype within 5-7 working days.
What certifications does your factory hold? Can third-party audits be arranged?
